Exchange & Return Policy

Return and Exchange Policy

Items bought on KeithJames.com will gladly be EXCHANGED ONLY within 14 days from the receipt of original order. All merchandise must be received back in its original form inclusive of dust bag. Items must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume.
Items showing signs of wear or use will be returned back to you.
 
Please note that all Keith James fragrances are Final Sale.

 

Domestic Exchanges:
1. Please send an email to orders@keithandjames.com with "Exchange” and your order number in the subject line. i.e. Exchange - Order# 0000
2. In the body of the email notate the name in which your order was placed and the item you would like in exchange for the item being returned.
3. Once your request has been received, a return label will be emailed to you with directions within 1 - 2 business days.
4. Upon returning your item, please include the original packing slip.
5. If there is a price difference between the original purchase and the exchange, you will be contacted when your return has been received.
6. Once we receive your return, your parcel will be processed within 2 business days. You will then receive a notification of the exchanged item being mailed out within 1 - 2 business days (excluding holidays).
International Exchanges:
1. Please send an email to orders@keithandjames.com with "Exchange” and your order number in the subject line. i.e. Exchange - Order# 0000
2. In the body of the email notate the name in which your order was placed and the item you would like in exchange for the item being returned.
3. Unfortunately we do not offer prepaid return labels at this time. You may use a carrier of your choice to ship your items back to us. We do suggest obtaining a tracking number for your shipment as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost en route back to us.
4. Upon returning your item, please include the original packing slip.
5. If there is a price difference between the original purchase and the exchange, you will be contacted when your return has been received.
6. Once we receive your return, your parcel will be processed within 2 business days. You will then receive a notification of the exchanged item being mailed out within 1 - 2 business days (excluding holidays).
 
In the event your item is damaged, defected or incorrect we are deeply sorry! Please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process an exchange.
